• Content generated with a paid plan may be used for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
• Content generated with a free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.
• You retain rights to original content you create and input into Compose AI.
• Do not use output to create competing products or services, or to train other AI models.
• Compose AI cannot guarantee copyright protection for AI-generated content in all jurisdictions.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Compose AI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these third parties. Use third-party services at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Compose AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compose AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you have paid Compose AI in the last six months or $100, whichever is greater.
